The choir’s repertoire explores musicians from Handel to Hansard and Lynott to Drew and will be a wonderful opportunity to be part of an exciting new choir. Itʼs open to anyone living in or around Dublin, whether youʼre born in the city or not. People from everywhere are invited – you should love Dublin and love music.
The choir was set up set up to bring together people living in all parts of Dublin to explore songs that have a connection with the city and and to capture what songs most represent about it both in the past and present.
Auditions will take place between 7-9pm in the Red Room in Student Centre, University College Dublin on May 1st
Rehearsals will take place on the Sunday afternoons during May and June, with a little bit extra in the run up to the performance.
